E. Cohen and Company, CPAs is looking for an experienced full-time Senior Tax Manager to join our growing 33-person team. Person would be an integral part of management team with unlimited growth potential.

Job Description:
. Build new and manage existing client relationships, and be involved in practice development.
. Review federal and multi-state income tax returns for high net worth individuals, partnerships, S-corporations in the real estate, not-for-profit and government contractor industries.
. Be a technical resource for exiting tax team members.
. Be part of training and supervising staff.

Desired Skills & Experience:
. Masters degree in taxation preferred.
. CPA license.
. 10+ years recent experience in large public accounting and tax firm.
. Strong technical tax and analytical skills.
. Research proficiency.
. Strong computer skills: proficiency preferred in ProSystem FX.
. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
. Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.
