Stephen Fuller (Steve) has been a CPA since 1971 and has over 35 years of experience in public accounting. Prior to joining E. Cohen and Compnay, CPAs, Steve was a founding partner of Friedman & Fuller, P.C. and a managing director with American Express Tax & Business Services. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer for a $65 million company and as an independent business consultant.

He brings a host of skills to the firm that benefits our business clients. These include business planning, budgeting, forecasts, financial analysis, business valuations, acquisitions and sales of businesses, and general business consulting. He is also an expert in the presentation of financial information in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and is providing technical quality control to the firm for its accounting and auditing services.

His prior experience covers most industries, but particular focus has been in wholesale/distribution, real estate, hospitality, professional services, and not-for-profit organizations. For several years, he authored the nationally-distributed 'Wholesaler' newsletter.

Steve serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Amber Waves Condominium Association located in Ocean City, Maryland.

Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
