Michael Clodfelter (Mike) has over twenty-five years of experience in public accounting at various Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area firms. In addition, he was a controller for a real estate development company located in Maryland.

He has extensive experience in the design and integration of accounting systems for small and medium-sized businesses, managing cash flow and other accounting services for small and medium-sized businesses, tax preparation, review and planning for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

Mike brings a host of industry experience and skills to the firm that benefits our real estate clients. These include business planning, budgeting, forecasts, financial analysis, and business and transaction structuring. His management experience includes managing multiple entities and phases of land development.

Mike is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
