Donna J. Damskey has over fifteen years of experience in property management accounting.  In addition, she was the assistant controller for Cassidy & Pinkard, a property management firm located in Washington, D.C.

• Preparing and communicating monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting results to senior management, portfolio management, investors, and other parties
• Coordinating all aspects and phases of the annual budgeting process
• Delivering presentations on financial and management results to owners and asset managers
• Monitoring cash balances and reserve activity
• Anticipating future exposure and its potential impact on capital requirements and valuation issues
• Preparing cash flow projections to assist management planning activities
• Monitoring the financial procedures of property managers to ensure they are properly followed and providing recommendations for improvement 

She brings a host of industry experience and skills that benefit our real estate clients.  These include business planning, budgeting, forecasts, financial analysis, management reviews, and outsourcing property management accounting services.
